By scheduling service with Shine Bright Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the following:
Non-Solicitation: Employees and contractors of Shine Bright may not be hired privately during their employment or for 1 year following separation. Soliciting or hiring our staff directly will result in immediate termination of service and a $2,500 finder's fee.
Payment: One-time and move-out cleans require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance due at cleaning start time. Recurring cleans require payment when the cleaning begins. Payment methods accepted are cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, debit or credit card.
Credit Card Authorization: By providing a card on file, client authorizes Shine Bright Cleaning Services LLC to charge for services rendered on the day of service completion.
Lockout Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the home, a charge of up to 100% of the cleaning cost may apply.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the cleaning cost. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours notice will be charged 50%.
Satisfaction Guarantee: All work is 100% guaranteed. If you have a quality concern, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning so we may schedule a complimentary reclean of any disputed areas. Our guarantee does not include discounts or refunds.
Damage and Breakage: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Please retain damaged items so we may address them promptly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
Rate Adjustments: Rates may be adjusted with reasonable advance notice.
Photo and Video: Our team may take photos or video inside the home for quality control purposes.
